PERSPECTIVE

          Reflecting on my experience in AD1, it is evident that it was a multifaceted journey, marked by a spectrum of emotions. From exhilarating moments of accomplishment to periods of heightened stress and occasional setbacks, this module encompassed a diverse range of experiences. It provided a comprehensive exploration into the realm of architectural design, offering invaluable insights into materials, spatial configurations, and the art of manipulating form. The challenges encountered and overcome throughout the course contributed significantly to the depth of understanding and the overall growth experienced during this architectural exploration.

          Traversing the intricacies of this module, I discovered a constant fascination with the complexities inherent in architectural design. Despite the demanding nature of the course, there existed an underlying sense of fulfillment and satisfaction derived from facing and surmounting challenges. This underscored a burgeoning passion for the discipline. In essence, while AD1 presented rigorous challenges, it concurrently provided a profound sense of growth, learning, and fulfillment. This experience solidified my commitment and deepened my enjoyment of architectural design.

          Certainly, AD1 posed itself as one of the most challenging modules within Semester 1. However, rather than surrendering to the difficulty, I persevered, maintaining unwavering commitment and dedication. While achieving favorable results was a goal, the paramount importance lay in the recognition that I had invested my utmost effort. This mindset rendered Semester 1 both memorable and rewarding, showcasing my proficiency in assimilating and applying the knowledge provided by my lecturers.

          Navigating through intricate tasks consistently demanded self-challenge, urging me to test my limits and stretch beyond my comfort zone. Sometimes, the pursuit of growth required sacrificing restful nights, yet this proved to be an invaluable endeavor, shaping my resilience and honing my skills.
